Fajita Taco Salad

Crispy flour shell, filled with chicken or steak fajita, sautéed bell peppers, lettuce and onions. Topped with pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream and guacamole.

The Brick Burrito

Flour tortilla filled with slow roasted pork, rice, refried beans, red onions, lettuce, banana pepper and cilantro. Topped with our special green sauce, pico de gallo, ranchero cheese, Mexican cream and guacamole.

REVIEWS

The food was good, especially the mole sauce (on chicken.) The menu is somewhat different than most Mexican places around here in that there were more offerings (shrimp, fish) than just a bunch of tacos and burritos with mushy beans and rice with too much melted cheese. The rice was served on the side, nicely cooked, and no beans, although they were on the menu.

Stopped in for dinner on Friday night. (This is such an authentic Mexican Cantina in the little town of Sterling. The food is amazing! You start of with warm fresh chips and Salas and can end with Flan. I had the Pork Carnitas and they were amazing! Plus the sugar free margarita. I can not wait to go back with friends!!

Had the pleasure of celebrating a friends birthday last night at Brick. First the atmosphere is warm and inviting with a festive flair. The food was superb from the fresh made to order guacamole to the AUTHENTIC mole pablano. I could go one for days about the rich sophisticated depth of flavor in the mole...simply the BEST I have ever eaten.

The Brick is a little hidden jewel in the center of Sterling! Great food and service in a relaxed atmosphere. Fish Tacos are great. Dave the bartender makes amazing drinks including pomegranate cosmo and an array of Mai Tai's.

OMG The Tacos al pastor were AMAZING!!!!...
I do not eat much pork, but the waitress recommended to me the tacos, so I decided to try ... the best decision, its were spectacular , I can not wait to try the pollo con mole...

Awesome place! Great drinks, super menu and owners are great people. Do yourself a favor and try this place. They have worked out the kinks from their first days and have really impressed me with the diversity of the menu and excellent flavors. Wow.

Was in the area and had to stop at this location. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated promptly by our attendant. Place is a small place but very well put together. The ambiance was nice and very relaxed. We were served chips and salsa with our drinks as we decided on what to get. I ordered the coconut shrimp, shrimp ceviche and shrimp tacos.
